This project was more than just design work – it was about building trust, creating a story, and giving a local business the tools it needed to thrive. It all started when a young entrepreneur from Bușteni reached out with a simple but pressing concern: “I don’t have sales.”
After conducting a full brand audit, I quickly realized the problem wasn’t the product – the gelato was excellent – but rather how the brand was presented to the world.
The challenge was clear: to transform a small, hidden gelateria into a recognizable, trustworthy, and visually appealing destination for both locals and tourists.
I developed a comprehensive brand strategy aimed at increasing visibility and creating a vibrant, memorable identity that people would associate with joy, authenticity, and quality.
This meant going beyond just a logo and looking at every touchpoint where the gelateria interacted with its customers.

Within a short time, the gelateria achieved a remarkable 5-star Google review rating and gained recognition in the local community. Customers didn’t just come for the gelato – they came for the experience.
